As a Green Mountain Floral customer, you’ll have access to high-quality and on-trend wholesale flowers, floral supplies, and wedding and event rentals along with the support of experienced staff and expert designers. Let’s work together to create something beautiful.
Becoming a Green Mountain Floral customer
If you wish to purchase from Green Mountain Floral Supply, you must become a registered customer. We welcome applications for one of two types of accounts.
Fresh Floral and Supply Accounts: These customers may purchase hard good supply items and fresh flowers.
Supply Account: These customers may purchase any hard good items. Supply accounts cannot buy fresh flowers.
Requirements
- We require customers to be registered businesses who have the intent to resell fresh flowers, floral arrangements, or supplies.
- If you wish to purchase fresh flowers, we require that you are a full-service retail florist, or are actively buying and reselling cut flowers (averaging $150 or more/week or $7,500/year).
- You must have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate from your state.

Please read about our four-part application process before you begin. It’s helpful to download and complete all applicable forms prior to starting the application.
NOTE: Form progress cannot be saved for later – you’ll need to complete the entire form at one time.
The application is a four-step process:
Steps 1 & 2: Provide general information about your business to Green Mountain Floral Supply (GMFSI) by using the fillable form below.
Step 3: Upload state sales & use tax documentation. If you already have pre-filled digital copies of your tax forms, it is helpful to have them handy before you begin. To download these forms, click the links below.
NOTE: We suggest having these documents filled out and ready before starting the form submission process below.
- Vermont Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form S-3) (PDF)

- Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate Outside of VT and NY (PDF)
Step 4: Once approved, GMFSI will follow up with you to gather your financial information.
Please fill out our Customer Application in its entirety. Once we’ve received your application, the review process generally takes 3 days. Pending approval, a GMFSI Customer Number will be assigned to you and purchases can then be made.
