Ordering Process

At Green Mountain Floral Supply, one of our goals is to eliminate stress during ordering and ensure a timely delivery of your wedding and special event products, including fresh flowers. To do so, we have a few requirements and some helpful tips for placing a flower order.

Please don’t wait until the last minute to place your order.

How to Order

We offer two ways to place your fresh cut flower order:

1. Order by Email

Email the Flower Department to place your wedding or special event order.

Please email your order to the correct location. A representative will confirm receipt of your order.

Please call the Flower Department at the correct location to place your order.

Ordering Tips & Information

Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. For best results, orders should be placed at least 21 days in advance of your delivery date (not the event date).
Orders placed or received after the suggested 21 days may incur additional shipping costs and limited product quantities and availability. (All additional shipping costs will be on a case-by-case basis.)
Novelty flowers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, depending on the country and grower.
We will request second choices from you on specific limited varieties.
Consider receiving hard-to-open flowers (i.e. lilies, roses, and peonies) the week before the delivery date of the wedding or event.
Seasonal weather changes greatly affect flower availability.
