Rental Contract Terms & Conditions
Select supply product is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. All rental requests should be placed with our Supply Department no later than five weeks prior to the requested delivery/pick up date. If less than five weeks notice is given, availability is not guaranteed.
Conditions
Should there be any issues with your rental, please notify us within 24 hours.
All rentals must be returned in the same salable packaging as they were received. You will be charged a replacement fee if the product is not returned in the original packaging.
Green Mountain Floral Supply is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items while in your possession. In the event the product is lost, stolen or damaged, you will be charged the full sale price and any additional fees we incur to replace the product.
A cleaning deposit of $100 will be charged at the time of rental. It will be applied if the rental product is returned dirty or in an unsaleable condition. The deposit is refunded if the product is returned clean and in the condition that it is rented.
Candle policy
We recommend battery operated candles, pre-poured candles or liquid tea lights for use in any rental container. If open flamed candles are used and wax residue is present upon return, the container will be returned to you and you will be charged the full sale price along with any applicable fees.
Return Policy
Rental term is a maximum of 7 days to ensure availability for other customers. Rentals returned late will be charged a daily fee which will be the rental cost of the item per day.
Payment
All rental products are billed according to customer terms.
Delivery
Rental items can be delivered and picked up on our regular delivery routes.
Cancellation Fee
All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee within 10 days of rental pick up/delivery date.
